As we craft each order specifically for you, we regret to inform you that order returns are not available. However, at Pranaa, we stand behind the quality of our jewelry. If you happen to receive a product with manufacturing defects or if you have received an incorrect item, we offer an exchange.

Exchange Procedure:

• Please initiate the process within 2 days of receiving your shipment.

• Reports of damaged or incorrect products made after this 2-day period won’t be eligible for exchange.

• Once we receive the damaged/tampered/incorrect product, we shall dispatch the fresh/correct product. You will receive the returned item within 10-12 working days.
