Please note that the texture and color of gemstones may vary slightly between the photograph and reality. Rest assured, each of our products undergoes rigorous quality control before shipping.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
At PRANAA, we stand behind the quality of our jewelry. If you happen to receive a product with manufacturing defects or if you have received an incorrect item, we offer an exchange.
EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
- Please initiate the process within 2 days of receiving your shipment.

- Include pictures of the damaged or incorrect product.
- Reports of damaged or incorrect products made after this 2-day period won’t be eligible for exchange.
ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGES
- The product must remain in its original, unused condition.
- Keep the original tags and packaging intact.
- Provide a proof of purchase.
- Products showing signs of usage won’t be eligible for returns.
- Once we receive the damaged / tampered / incorrect product, we shall dispatch the fresh / correct product. You will receive the returned item within 10-12 working days.
- Customized and sale products are not eligible for exchange.
OPTIONS AVAILABLE
- Choose between exchanging your product for an item of equal or greater value.
- Opt for a credit note valid for 1 month from the date of issue, allowing you the flexibility to shop at your convenience.
